Terms and conditions

Website content, designs, photographs, product names and proprietary materials are owned by Dekmar Ltd and are provided for personal and informational use. Commercial reuse requires written permission from a company director.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Dekmar Ltd's total liability in connection with goods or services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer in relation to the relevant transaction.

Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Payment is due through the checkout or invoicing process stated at the point of purchase.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within the timeframe stated for the product and no later than 30 days unless the customer is told otherwise. Dekmar Ltd is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch where reasonable care has been taken.

Returns

Return requests should be submitted as soon as possible by email or through the website. Photos, order information and a clear explanation may be required. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Privacy

Dekmar Ltd may collect information supplied through forms, orders and correspondence, along with technical data required for website operation and security. Data is used to respond to enquiries, fulfil transactions, provide support, improve services and comply with legal obligations.

Payment card details should be handled by the selected PCI-compliant payment provider and not stored directly by Dekmar Ltd's website.
